We are pleased to have you consider joining TEG! Before you submit your application, please carefully review the following terms:
- Independent Contractor Relationship: You will establish an independent sales contractor relationship with TEG, not an employment relationship. You will be responsible for finding potential clients, providing consultation services, and closing sales.
- Performance and Income: Your income will be commission-based. TEG will provide necessary training and support, but you will need to independently generate business, with your compensation tied to your sales performance.
- Project Coordination and Support: You will coordinate with installers to ensure the smooth delivery of projects. TEG will provide necessary support to help you successfully complete the projects.
- Financial and Legal Responsibility: As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for handling all tax, legal, and financial matters related to your commission. TEG does not provide any employee benefits or treatment.
- Contract Compliance and Responsibility: If you fail to fulfill the terms of the "Independent Sales Contractor Agreement," TEG has the right to hold you accountable and may unilaterally terminate the contract.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels (e.g., networking, referrals, cold calling).
- Qualify leads, understand their needs, and offer tailored solar solutions.
Customer Consultation:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their energy needs and financial goals.
- Provide detailed explanations of solar products, benefits, and financing options.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Highlight the advantages of solar systems, including cost savings, energy efficiency, and environmental impact.
Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate terms and finalize sales contracts with clients.
- Address and resolve any objections or concerns that arise during the negotiation process.
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with installers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor installation progress and provide updates to clients as needed.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-installation.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and improve performance.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts for management.

- If your application is initially approved, we will send you the full Independent Sales Contractor Agreement within 3-5 business days.
- Once we receive the signed and returned Independent Sales Contractor Agreement, you will officially become part of TEG.
