Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your payment method. Orders are considered complete only when the total amount has cleared and is deposited into our account.
Credit Card Payments: Funds typically clear within 5 business days (subject to the payment platform, outside our control). Your order will be dispatched on the 6th business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Bank Transfer: Funds typically clear within 1 business day (subject to bank processing, outside our control). Your order will be dispatched on the 2nd business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We strive to process your order promptly once payment is received.
Delivery Methods
Standard Delivery
We deliver to addresses across New Zealand, excluding areas where shipping rates cannot be calculated.
Delivery Range: Nationwide (New Zealand), excluding certain areas where shipping cannot be displayed.
Estimated Delivery Times:
North Island: 1-2 business days
South Island: 3-5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and depend on the logistics provider’s capabilities, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Pickup
You may opt to pick up your order at our designated pickup location. Please note the following:
Pickup Requirements: We will release the goods only after our Accounts Department confirms full payment.
Pickup Documentation: Our warehouse team will verify your pickup slip before handing over the goods.
Pickup Time: Please confirm your pickup time with us at least 4 hours in advance to ensure your order is prepared.
Pickup Location: Unit F / 70 Business Parade South, East Tamaki, Auckland 2013
(Monday - Friday, 10 am - 4 pm, excluding weekends and public holidays)
Shipping Fees
Pickup: Free
Standard Delivery: All shipping fees are based on the rates displayed at checkout. If you have concerns about the shipping fee, please contact us, and we will confirm it with the logistics provider.
Before delivery, we will notify you via SMS or email with relevant delivery information. If the driver arrives at the designated location and no one is available to accept the delivery, resulting in a need for a second delivery, or if the driver must wait more than 1 hour for unloading, we will charge an additional fee of $167+GST per hour. We will issue a separate invoice for these additional fees, and delivery will resume once payment is received.
Delivery and Risk
Receipt Inspection: Whether you choose delivery or pickup, you (or your agent) must verify the brand, model, quantity, and condition of goods (e.g., for any visible damage) before signing for receipt. If there are any discrepancies, you may refuse the delivery and provide us with evidence of refusal. We will investigate and arrange a redelivery if necessary.
Delivery Confirmation: Once you or your agent signs the pickup slip at our designated location or the delivery slip provided by the driver, the delivery is considered complete. After a completed delivery, we assume no further risk for the order.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds on delivered items that do not match their pre-dispatch condition, including but not limited to items that are used, damaged, or no longer fit for resale.
If the return is due to reasons on the consumer’s end and we agree to the return, all associated fees (including payment platform fees, shipping costs, warehousing fees, sorting fees, and any damage to the goods) will be deducted from the total bill. The remaining amount will be refunded to the designated account within 7 business days.
